FRP sells Medical Division to IGS and completes transfer of Automotive Division to FRP Technologies Ltd

January 9, 2026

We are pleased to announce the sale of FRP’s Medical Division to IGS GeboJagema, a global healthcare mould maker based in the Netherlands.

In conjunction with the acquisition of ACH Solution (an Austrian specialist in silicone rubber tooling & moulding) IGS GeboJagema is strengthening its position as the go-to partner for medical device manufacturers.

“These acquisitions reflect our commitment to making life easier for our clients,” says Herman Rusch, CEO of IGS GeboJagema. “With ACH Solution, we’re adding silicone rubber to our offering, allowing us to provide a complete range of mould solutions. And with FRP, we can now support clients from the very first prototype, setting their products up for manufacturing success from the start.”

“Joining forces with IGS GeboJagema is a natural fit,” says Nick Osborn, Managing Director at FRP. “Our cultures and values are aligned: absolute precision, customer-obsessed, and people-focused. Combined with their industrialisation know-how, we can help OEMs develop better products faster.”

In parallel with the above, FRP has also completed the transfer of its Automotive Division to FRP Technologies Ltd at its dedicated Coleshill facility.  “Finalising this transfer gives us 100% focus on our key automotive customers” says Dean Hands, Managing Director of FRP Technologies.  “With our bespoke build area and Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) welding in-house, we can offer design & build services across a wider range of parts than ever before, from high precision bucks, jigs & fixtures through to injection moulded and machined parts.”
