ScubaTx Beta Prototypes

ScubaTx required 3 sets of prototype assemblies to develop & test their Beta Level Organ Preservation Device.

Solution:
FRP delivered the urgent parts required across multiple processes, materials & technologies – CNC for the aluminium enclosures & internal foam insulation; 3DP for the internal & casework components with vapour honing of the surface finish to achieve a fully representative final product appearance.

Result:
ScubaTx received 3 sets of Beta level prototypes on time, in full and to the demanding quality level required, enabling their testing programme to continue on track.

Customer Testimonial:

“ScubaTx is developing a breakthrough organ-preservation platform leveraging proprietary advanced temperature control (ATC) with and without Persufflation (gaseous oxygen-perfusion, PSF).  These 3 x critical Beta prototype sets supplied by FRP were fantastic quality and just what we needed for our next stage of testing and design verification.  Their fiercely independent approach meant we could access the right material & process technologies for each component.  We would recommend them to anyone that needs accurate parts delivered on time and to a high level of quality.”
